3.4. Can we import parents and children relationships from an excel file?

No, not from Excel. The default Excel importer for requirements handles Identifier, Text, Rationale, and Title. However, you can use our PythonAPI to import any other relations as well, we would be happy to send you a python script file that imports the parents and children relationship of your requirements.
