Creating a Component

To create a new component, click on the “+ Add Component” button under the project tree.

A popup will appear with two options:

• Create & add new: creates a new component and the popup stays to add more components

• Create: creates a new component. If you want to add more components, you need to click on the “+ Add Component” button under the project tree again

Adding subcomponents: to add a subcomponent to an already added component, right-click on the component (1) and select “+ Add component” (2) in the dropdown menu.

Naming convention

While naming the components, here are a couple of things to keep in mind:

• Components can be named with letters, numbers, and underscores. No spaces or special characters are allowed

• The component names have to be unique on the same level in the tree, but they can have the same name on different levels
