First Steps

In the context of this documentation “Valispace“ will be called “Requirements and Systems Portal“.

Firstly, congratulations on your decision to work with a concurrent and collaborative tool that aims to empower engineers to work more efficiently and in a data-driven manner.

If you are a new user who has been recently added to your company deployment or a new user who would like to test RSP, here are a few quick first steps that will help you get started:

• New user added to an existing Altium365 workspace: You should be able to find the RSP in the nine-dots menu in the upper right hand corner of your Altium365 environment.

• For new users to test RSP: Check out the Requirements and Systems Portal here for a Product Tour and get in touch for an evaluation with our team.
  

  

• Go through the four-part fan tutorial that is included in this section. Practising the tutorial on RSP is the best way to learn more about the functionality and performance of the tool. Use the training workspace to do the fan tutorials.

• In case you need to know more about the features, modules and integrations with RSP, feel free to revert back to this space and go through the documentation in detail.
