10.9. Can the Admin reset another user's password?

Yes, the admin can reset the password through admin panel. Here is how:
Step 1 : Enter the url "deployment.valispace.com/admin"
Step 2 : Go to "Users"
Step 3 : Select the "id" of the user you would like to reset the password
Step 4 : On thechange users, Below password , there is a light blue "this form". Click the "this form" to change the password.
Step 5 : Save changes and exit.
Please note: the user will be requested to change the password while logging in for the first time with the new password. Refer Admin Features for gifs
